He then pursued higher education at the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Advanced Nutritional Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in A Neuroscience, demonstrating a broad and interdisciplinary approach to understanding human health and biology.
Throughout his academic career, Ridah demonstrated a deep commitment to helping others. He served as a tutor for over eight years, specializing in math and science, and dedicated himself to supporting first-generation students—many of whom faced additional challenges in navigating higher education. His mentorship and tutoring efforts reflected his passion for education and his desire to empower students from diverse backgrounds to succeed.
In June 2019, Ridah founded Bright Tutor, a tutoring organization aimed at providing quality educational support to students in need.
